Convenient location near Charlottenburg S-Bahn station. Comfortable bed and effective oil heater for cooler nights. Receptionist Mark went above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer service, offering to order food and providing Kinder chocolate when pizza was unavailable. Superior breakfast buffet and helpful staff.

The hotel's location in a lovely residential area was one of its best aspects. It was very close to the S-bahn station and public transport, making it very convenient for exploring the city. the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast provided a variety of options, including fresh vegetables, and was delicious. The staff were polite and accommodating, even changing my room at no additional cost when there was an issue with the heating system.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Not only was it excellent value for money, but the attention to detail was impressive. The rooms, although basic, were clean and comfortable, with a double bed and plenty of natural light from the 5 windows that could be opened. The great shower added an extra touch of luxury. Additionally, the breakfast selection was tasty and satisfying.
No significant issues, everything was satisfactory.

I had a amazing experience at Orion. When I arrived, I was feeling sick and hungry, and it was late at night. I called the reception and Mark, the kind-hearted staff member, were really nice too make sure I was taken care of. Despite the pizza place being closed, he surprised me with 4 packs of Kinder chocolate, which almost saved me. I was able to sleep peacefully and woke up feeling much better. Mark deserves a promotion for his really good service. The check-in and check-out process was simple, and the hotel is conveniently located near the Charlotenburg train station. The bathroom and bed linen were clean, and I appreciated the blackout curtains.
